All of the above Locations (hereinafter referred to as "MOTELX") market Hotel Services through MOTELX.COM (hereinafter referred to as "Site"). 7. RATES AND BILLING

Prices will be confirmed to the User with all taxes included, in the Hotel's commercial currency. All reservations, regardless of their origin, will be paid in the Hotel's currency.

8. PAYMENT METHODS MOTELX

9. RESERVATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS

• If the User wishes not to show up on the day agreed on the Site at the hotel without prior notice, 100% of the reservation amount will be charged as a “No Show” penalty.
• By making your reservation, the User accepts the cancellation and “No Show” conditions of the hotel. If you cancel your reservation by email with less than 24 hours notice or do not show up at the hotel, you will be charged 100% of the amount of your stay as a “No Show” penalty.

10. HOTEL STAY

Upon arrival at the Hotel, the reservation must be confirmed and verified with the Receptionist, as long as the User presents their ID, necessary to verify and continue with the Check-in and entry process to the Hotel. The User accepts and undertakes to use the room and the Hotel facilities appropriately. Any violent and incorrect behavior that does not conform to the practices of morality and public order may allow the Hotel to request the User to leave the establishment without any compensation or refund if payment has already been made. 11. VALIDITY OF OFFERS

13. NOTIFICATIONS

14. JURISDICTION AND APPLICABLE LAW
